  FC experiment of human PBMCs using CL750-98066

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with PE Anti-Human CD14 and 0.25 ug CoraLite® Plus 750 Anti-Human CSF2RA/CD116 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (CL750-98066, Clone: 241266B11), or CoraLite® Plus 750 Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (CL750-98136, Clone: 240953C9). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed.
