  IHC staining of human tonsillitis using 98078-1-RR (same clone as 98078-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsillitis tissue slide using 98078-1-RR (CTLA-4/CD152 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98078-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98078-1-RR (same clone as 98078-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 unstimulated or PHA stimulated human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CTLA-4/CD152 Rabbit RecAb (98078-1-RR, Clone: 240793E8) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were then stained with CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human CD3. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98078-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98078-1-RR (same clone as 98078-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 PHA-stimulated human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CTLA-4/CD152 Rabbit RecAb (98078-1-RR, Clone: 240793E8)(red) or Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). 1x10^6 unstimulated human PBMCs were surface stained with Anti-Human CTLA-4/CD152 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98078-1-RR, Clone: 240793E8) (black, dashed) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98078-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98078-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98078-1-RR against Human CTLA4/CD152 were performed. The affinity constant is 60.2 pM.

Hintergrundinformationen

CTLA-4, also known as CD152, belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily, is primarily found on activated T cells and regulatory T cells (Tregs). CTLA-4 is closely related to the T-cell costimulatory CD28, and both molecules bind to B7-1 and B7-2 on antigen-presenting cells. CTLA-4 acts as a negative regulatory molecule of T-cell responses.
