  WB analysis using 67734-1-Ig (same clone as 67734-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67734-1-Ig (CTPS2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Beta Actin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66009) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67734-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67734-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

CTPS2 (CTP synthase 2) is also named as UTP--ammonia ligase 2 and belongs to the CTP synthase family.It catalyzes the ATP-dependent amination of UTP to CTP with either L-glutamine or ammonia as the source of nitrogen and constitutes the rate-limiting enzyme in the synthesis of cytosine nucleotides. This antibody specifically detects only CTPS2 and not also CTPS1.
