  WB analysis of BxPC-3 using 11777-1-AP

  BxPC-3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11777-1-AP (CXADR antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of mouse heart using 11777-1-AP

  mouse heart tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11777-1-AP (CXADR antibody) at dilution of 1:400 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
