  FC experiment of Transfected HEK-293T using 98497-3-RR (same clone as 98497-3-PBS)

  1x10^6 HEK-293T cells or CXCL7/PPBP transfected HEK-293T cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Rat CXCL7/PPBP Rabbit RecAb (98497-3-RR, Clone: 250049B8) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98497-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

PPBP, slso named as NAP2, or β-Thromboglobulin, is a platelet-derived growth factor that belongs to the CXC chemokine family. This growth factor is a potent chemoattractant and activator of neutrophils. It has been shown to stimulate various cellular processes including DNA synthesis, mitosis, glycolysis, intracellular cAMP accumulation, prostaglandin E2 secretion, and synthesis of hyaluronic acid and sulfated glycosaminoglycan. It also stimulates the formation and secretion of plasminogen activator by synovial cells.
