  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98211-1-RR (same clone as 98211-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 untreated or IFN gamma, TNF α and Brefeldin A treated human PBMCs were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CXCL9/MIG Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98211-1-RR, Clone: 241437F5). Cells were co-stained with CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human CD14. Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98211-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 IFN gamma, TNF α and Brefeldin A treated human PBMCs were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CXCL9/MIG Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98211-1-RR, Clone: 241437F5) (red) or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). 1x10^6 untreated human PBMCs were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CXCL9/MIG Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98211-1-RR, Clone: 241437F5) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (black, dashed). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98211-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

CXCL9 is a small cytokine known as MIG. CXCL9 is a T-cell chemoattractant, which is induced by IFN-γ. It is closely related to two other CXC chemokines called CXCL10 and CXCL11, whose genes are located near the gene for CXCL9 on human chromosome 4. A high level of CXCL9 revealed in peripheral liquids, can be considered as a marker of host immune response, especially of that involving Th1 cells.
