  WB analysis using 82927-1-RR (same clone as 82927-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82927-1-RR (CYP7B1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82927-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 82927-1-RR (same clone as 82927-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using CYP7B1 antibody (82927-1-RR, Clone: 230160H5 ) at dilution of 1:1000 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82927-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HEK-293 using 82927-1-RR (same clone as 82927-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HEK-293 cells using CYP7B1 antibody (82927-1-RR, Clone: 230160H5 ) at dilution of 1:1000 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82927-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 82927-1-RR (same clone as 82927-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug CYP7B1 Recombinant antibody (82927-1-RR, Clone:230160H5) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82927-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

CYP7B1(Cytochrome P450 7B1) is also named as 25-hydroxycholesterol 7-alpha-hydroxylase and belongs to the cytochrome P450 family. It catalyzes the first and rate-limiting step in the coonversion of cholesterol to bile acids and CYP7B1-mediated catalysis may play a role for control of the cellular levels of androgens, not only of estrogens.
