  WB analysis of NR8383 using 83370-2-RR

  Untreated, LPS and Brefeldin A treated NR8383 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83370-2-RR (Ccl2 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83370-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83370-2-RR against Rat MCP-1 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.836 nM.
