  WB analysis of TT using 86139-2-RR (same clone as 86139-2-PBS)

  TT cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86139-2-RR (COL2A1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86139-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 86139-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 86139-2-RR against Human Collagen Type II were performed. The affinity constant is 4.96 nM.
