  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed PC-3 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 Cyclin H antibody (CL488-67065, Clone: 2C5G11 ) at dilution of 1:200, CL594-Phalloidin (red).

  FC experiment of PC-3 using CL488-67065

  1X10^6 PC-3 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human Cyclin H (CL488-67065, Clone:2C5G11) (red), or 0.8 ug Isotype Control. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
