  WB analysis of mouse liver using 51157-1-AP

  mouse liver tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 51157-1-AP (Cyp4a12a antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Cytochromes P450 are a group of heme-thiolate monooxygenases. In liver microsomes, this enzyme is involved in an NADPH-dependent electron transport pathway. Mouse Cyp4a12a oxidizes a variety of structurally unrelated compounds, including steroids, fatty acids, and xenobiotics. For modification, the MW of Cyp4a12a is about 58-70 kDa in western blot detection.
