  WB analysis of HeLa using 10276-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10276-1-AP (DAP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10276-1-AP (DAP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach tissue slide using 10276-1-AP (DAP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: HeLa-Zellen, humanes Hirngewebe
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Magengewebe, humanes Kolongewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:200-1:800
