  WB analysis using 12451-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12451-1-AP (DBT antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

DBT in human primary fibroblasts. 10 ug of total protein. 4-15% TGX gel. Blocking 3% BSA in PBST (0.1% Tween). 1:1000 primary ab O/N incubation at 4ºC. 1:5000 secondary ab HRP conj. 1h RT in BSA 3% in PBST.
