  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16947-1-AP (DCTN6 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

The DCTN6 (Rb/IgG) worked as expected. we observed a clear reduction in dctn6 expression, and interestingly, a decrease in DCTN5 levels was also noted. Overall ,the antibody performed reliable and produced consistent results.
