  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26297-1-AP (DDHD1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

DDHD1, also known as KIAA1705, is a member of the intracellular phospholipase A1 (PLA1) protein family which comprises a group of enzymes that hydrolyze the sn-1 ester bond of phospholipids, producing 2-acyl-lysophospholipids and fatty acids. DDHD1 is highly expressed in the brain and testes. DDHD1 negatively controls the formation of a local phosphatidic acid-rich domain in recycling endosomes that serves as a membrane source for neurite outgrowth (PMID: 32850804).
