  WB analysis using 31211-1-AP (same clone as 31211-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31211-1-AP (DDX42 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31211-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of mouse testis using 31211-1-AP (same clone as 31211-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 31211-1-AP (DDX42 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31211-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HeLa using 31211-1-AP (same clone as 31211-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using DDX42 antibody (31211-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31211-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

DDX42 (DEAD (Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp) box polypeptide 42) is a member of the DEAD box RNA helicase superfamily. A C-terminal portion of DDX42 interacts with the pro-apoptotic factor, apoptosis-stimulating protein of p53 protein 2 (ASPP2), thereby inhibiting its action (PMID: 30834153).
