  IF Staining of PC-3 using CL488-66664

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed PC-3 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 DDX54 antibody (CL488-66664, Clone: 1H9F4 ) at dilution of 1:400.

• 

  FC experiment of HepG2 using CL488-66664

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated DDX54 Monoclonal antibody (CL488-66664, Clone:1H9F4)(red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
