  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human DHX15 (82137-1-RR, Clone:1F13) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). DHX15, also named as DBP1 and DDX15, is a DExD/H-box protein that has been identified in spliceosome, through its carboxyl (C)-terminal G-patch domain and stimulates the helicase activity of DHX15. DHX15 is a pre-mRNA processing factor involved in disassembly of spliceosomes after the release of mature mRNA. The MW of DHX15 is about 90-95kDa.
