  K-562 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25746-1-AP (DIS3L Antibody) at dilution of 1:100 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of K-562 using 25746-1-AP

  IP result of anti-DIS3L (IP:25746-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:25746-1-AP 1:300) with K-562 cells lysate 3200ug.
