  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL488-68303

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 DLAT antibody (CL488-68303, Clone: 1F2B9 ) at dilution of 1:400.

• 

  FC experiment of HepG2 using CL488-68303

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated DLAT Monoclonal antibody (CL488-68303, Clone:1F2B9)(red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Mouse IgG2b isotype control (11B8C4) (CL488-66360-3, Clone: 11B8C4) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
