  WB analysis using 12338-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12338-1-AP (DNAJC12 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of BxPC-3 using 12338-1-AP

  BxPC-3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12338-1-AP (DNAJC12 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: A549-Zellen, BxPC-3-Zellen, HEK-293-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Magenkrebsgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
