  WB analysis of A431 using 25162-1-AP (same clone as 25162-1-PBS)

  WB result of DNAJC18 antibody (25162-1-AP; 1:1000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-DNAJC18 transfected A431 cells. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 25162-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

DnaJC18, also named as DnaJ (Hsp40) homolog, subfamily C, member 21, belongs to Type III DnaJ Family. Type III DnaJ proteins have a J domain but lack the other sequence features that are found in type I and II members of the family. DnaJC18 might play a role in the process of spermatogenesis in adult testis (PMID: 29082339).
