    WB analysis using 68343-1-Ig (same clone as 68343-1-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68343-1-Ig (DNAJC21 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Beta Actin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66009) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68343-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

DNAJC21 is a ubiquitously expressed DnaJ (heat shock protein 40) chaperone protein. Recently DNAJC21 was reported to be implicated in rRNA biogenesis. Loss of DNAJC21 induced abnormal cell morphology and inhibited cell growth. Mutations in DNAJC21 cause bone marrow failure syndrome. (27346687)
