  WB analysis of HeLa using 28284-1-AP

  WB result of DUSP3 antibody (28284-1-AP; 1:600; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-DUSP3 transfected HeLa cells.

• 

  WB analysis using 28284-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28284-1-AP (DUSP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human stomach cancer using 28284-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach cancer tissue slide using 28284-1-AP (DUSP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Magenkrebsgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
