  WB analysis using 10739-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10739-1-AP (MKP-2/DUSP4 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of MDA-MB-231 using 10739-1-AP

  IP result of anti-MKP-2/DUSP4 (IP:10739-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:10739-1-AP 1:2000) with MDA-MB-231 cells lysate 1280 ug.

• 

  FC experiment of MDA-MB-231 using 10739-1-AP

  1x10^6 MDA-MB-231 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug MKP-2/DUSP4 Polyclonal antibody (10739-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Hintergrundinformationen

DUSP4, also named as MKP-2, is a member of the mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase phosphatase family which has been suggested to play an important role in the feedback control of MAP kinase-mediated gene expression. DUSP4 preferentially inactivates ERK1, ERK2 and JNK, is expressed in a variety of tissues, and is localized in the nucleus.
