  IF Staining of HeLa using CL488-13740

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 DUT antibody (CL488-13740) at dilution of 1:200, CL594-Phalloidin (red).

• 

  FC experiment of U2OS using CL488-13740

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug Coralite® Plus 488 DUT Polyclonal Antibody (CL488-13740)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
