  WB analysis using 13808-1-AP

  U-87 MG cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13808-1-AP (DYNC1I1 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human gliomas using 13808-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human gliomas tissue slide using 13808-1-AP (DYNC1I1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IHC staining of human gliomas using 13808-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human gliomas tissue slide using 13808-1-AP (DYNC1I1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of HUVEC using 13808-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed HUVEC cells using DYNC1I1 antibody (13808-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: U-87 MG-Zellen, Maushirngewebe, Rattenhirngewebe
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Gliomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HUVEC-Zellen
