  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83591-2-RR (Drebrin antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83591-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach cancer tissue slide using 83591-2-RR (Drebrin antibody) at dilution of 1:400 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer(pH9). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83591-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of SH-SY5Y using 83591-2-RR (same clone as 83591-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 SH-SY5Y cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Drebrin Recombinant antibody (83591-2-RR, Clone:240599G12) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83591-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83591-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83591-2-RR against Human DHRS3 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.109 nM.

Hintergrundinformationen

Drebrin (DBN1) is an actin binding and stabilizing protein with roles in endocytosis, formation of dendrite spines in neurons and coordinating cell-cell synapses in immune cells. Preferentially expressed in the brain, it is highly localized in dendritic spines and regulates spine shapes. It has two isoforms that are splice variants, with drebrin A being expressed in neural cells, and drebrin E is present in several other cell types. Recently it has been reported that circulating DBN1 levels correlated with retinal nerve fiber layer defect and may reflect the severity of retinal ganglion cells injury in glaucoma patients.
