  IF Staining of HeLa using 82887-1-RR (same clone as 82887-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using E2F7 antibody (82887-1-RR, Clone: 230073C2 ) at dilution of 1:1000 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 594-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR004).(CL488-Phalloidin, green). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82887-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 82887-1-RR (same clone as 82887-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug E2F7 Recombinant antibody (82887-1-RR, Clone:230073C2) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82887-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82887-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82887-1-RR against Human E2F7 were performed. The affinity constant is 31.3 nM.
