  IF Staining of HeLa using CL488-82887

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 E2F7 antibody (CL488-82887, Clone: 230073C2 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-82887

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated E2F7 Recombinant antibody (CL488-82887, Clone:230073C2)(red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
