• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Nierengewebe, Maus-Eierstockgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Hintergrundinformationen

ECOP, also named as VOPP1 and GASP, has been previously shown to be over-expressed in human glioblastoma multiforme and squamous cell carcinoma. It interacts directly with cytoplasmic mediators of the NF kappa B pathway. ECOP has three isoforms with MW 18-19 kDa.
