  WB analysis of LNCaP using 27195-1-AP

  LNCaP cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27195-1-AP (EHF antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of A431 using 27195-1-AP

  A431 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27195-1-AP (EHF antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human ovary cancer using 27195-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human ovary cancer tissue slide using 27195-1-AP (EHF antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: human ovary cancer tissue; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
