  WB analysis using 11296-2-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11296-2-AP (EIF2B3 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse colon using 11296-2-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse colon tissue slide using 11296-2-AP (EIF2B3 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of HeLa cells using 11296-2-AP (EIF2B3 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maus-Kolongewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HeLa-Zellen
