  WB analysis using 67095-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67095-1-Ig (EIF3E antibody) at dilution of 1:50000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control.

  IP experiment of HeLa using 67095-1-Ig

  IP result of anti-EIF3E (IP:67095-1-Ig, 5ug; Detection:67095-1-Ig 1:2000) with HeLa cells lysate 1600 ug.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 67095-1-Ig

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using EIF3E antibody (67095-1-Ig, Clone: 1C6C8 ) at dilution of 1:1000 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1).
