  WB analysis using 11281-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11281-1-AP (EIF4G3 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 11281-1-AP

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11281-1-AP (EIF4G3 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at 4 degree celsius over night.

• 

  IP experiment of HeLa using 11281-1-AP

  IP result of anti-EIF4G3 (IP:11281-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:11281-1-AP 1:500) with HeLa cells lysate 4000ug.

• 

  IHC staining of human gliomas using 11281-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human gliomas using 11281-1-AP (EIF4G3 antibody) at dilution of 1:10 (under 10x lens).

  IF Staining of HeLa using 11281-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using EIF4G3 antibody (11281-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).
