    FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98490-2-RR (same clone as 98490-2-PBS)

    1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human ENPP3/CD203c Rabbit RecAb (98490-2-RR, Clone: 242965D11) or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were then stained with CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human IL3RA/CD123 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (CL647-98107, Clone: 241268E3). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98490-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

ENPP3, also known as CD203c, is part of ectonucleotide pyrophosphatases/phosphodiesterase (ENPP) family and plays a role in various physiological processes. Increased levels of ENPP3 have been observed in conditions, such as clear cell renal cell carcinoma, bile duct carcinoma, and colorectal cancer, positioning ENPP3 as a potential tumor marker (PMID: 38749434). Mice harboring a point mutant of ENPP3 that specifically abolishes its cGAMP hydrolase activity are more resistant to both primary tumor growth and metastasis in certain cancers (PMID: 38149831).
