  WB analysis of U2OS using 83275-2-RR (same clone as 83275-2-PBS)

  U2OS cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83275-2-RR (EPB41L3 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83275-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  WB analysis of U2OS using 83275-2-RR (same clone as 83275-2-PBS)

  WB result of EPB41L3 antibody (83275-2-RR; 1:3000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-EPB41L3 transfected U2OS cells. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83275-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of U2OS using 83275-2-RR (same clone as 83275-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug EPB41L3 Recombinant antibody (83275-2-RR, Clone:230501D7) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Control Antibody (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83275-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83275-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83275-2-RR against Human EPB41L3 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Hintergrundinformationen

EPB41L3, also known as 4.1B and DAL1, belongs to the protein 4.1 family. It is a tumor suppressor that inhibits cell proliferation and promotes apoptosis. EPB41L3 modulates the activity of protein arginine N-methyltransferases, including PRMT3 and PRMT5 (PMID: 15334060, 15737618). DAL1 loss is an early event in meningioma tumorigenesis (PMID: 10888600).
