  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20698-1-AP (ER antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Significant bands were observed across numerous cell lines, including instances where cells were not expected to exhibit such robust expression intensity. It raises the possibility that a monoclonal antibody might yield more precise results compared to the polyclonal antibody currently employed.
