  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21079-1-AP (FAM119A antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: K-562-Zellen, L02-Zellen, THP-1-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Lebergewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HeLa-Zellen, HepG2-Zellen
