  WB analysis using 21333-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21333-1-AP (FAM129A antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human pancreas cancer using 21333-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human pancreas cancer tissue slide using 21333-1-AP (FAM129A antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using FAM129A antibody (21333-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Pankreaskarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HepG2-Zellen
