  WB analysis using 24650-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24650-1-AP (FAM134A antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of mouse brain using 24650-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 24650-1-AP (FAM134A antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using FAM134A antibody (24650-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

The protein family with sequence similarity 134 (FAM134) consists of three proteins, FAM134B, FAM134A, and FAM134C, which share the same LIR amino acid sequence. FAM134 reticulon family proteins (FAM134A, FAM134B, and FAM134C) are ER-phagy receptors with structural similarities and nonredundant functions. The protein family with sequence similarity 134 (FAM134). Fam134A (also known as metastasis-associated genes 2, MAG-2) is widely expressed in various types of tissues including tumors, and is considered to be closely correlated with tumor proliferation, invasion, and metastasis.
