  WB analysis using 24385-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24385-1-AP (FAM62B antibody) at dilution of 1:8000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HeLa using 24385-1-AP

  WB result of FAM62B antibody (24385-1-AP; 1:8000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-FAM62B transfected HeLa cells.

  IHC staining of human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma using 24385-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissue slide using 24385-1-AP (ESYT2 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissue; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
