  WB analysis using 21203-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21203-1-AP (FAM72 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HeLa using 21203-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21203-1-AP (FAM72 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Kolonkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Hintergrundinformationen

FAM72A, also named as LMIP and UGENE, is a mitochondrial protein which regulates cellular reactive oxygen species metabolism. It's up-regulated in malignant colon cancers, compared to normal colon and colon adenomas. FAM72 has some members A/B/C/D with higher homology. This antibody detects all the members of FAM72.
