  WB analysis using 20618-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20618-1-AP (FAM83A antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human colon cancer using 20618-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon cancer tissue slide using 20618-1-AP (FAM83A Antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 10x lens).

• 

  IHC staining of human colon cancer using 20618-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon cancer tissue slide using 20618-1-AP (FAM83A Antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 40x lens).

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using 20618-1-AP

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug FAM83A Polyclonal antibody (20618-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: BxPC-3-Zellen, DU 145-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Kolonkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in FC (Intra): HeLa-Zellen

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:500-1:1000
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
• Durchflusszytometrie (FC) (INTRA): FC (INTRA) : 0.25 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
