  IF Staining of HeLa using 83946-4-RR (same clone as 83946-4-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using FANCD2 antibody (83946-4-RR, Clone: 241048G8 ) at dilution of 1:800 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83946-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 83946-4-RR (same clone as 83946-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug FANCD2 Recombinant antibody (83946-4-RR, Clone:241048G8) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83946-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83946-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83946-4-RR against Human FANCD2 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Amongst the FA genes, Fanconi Anemia Group D2 Protein (FANCD2) is the most evolutionarily conserved gene, demonstrating a high sequence similarity from lower eukaryotes to humans. Upon activation, Fanconi anemia group D2 protein (FANCD2) is monoubiquitinated at K561 and works in cooperation with other FA and non-FA proteins to repair DNA damage.
