  FC experiment of PC-3 using 82897-2-RR

  1x10^6 PC-3 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug FANCM Recombinant antibody (82897-2-RR, Clone:230233G5) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushodengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HeLa-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in FC (Intra): PC-3-Zellen

• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:200-1:800
• Immunfluoreszenz (IF)/ICC: IF/ICC : 1:500-1:2000
• Durchflusszytometrie (FC) (INTRA): FC (INTRA) : 0.25 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension
