  WB analysis using 67671-1-Ig (same clone as 67671-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67671-1-Ig (FER antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Lamin B1 Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66095) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67671-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  ROS1728 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67671-1-Ig (FER antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67671-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of NIH/3T3 using 67671-1-Ig (same clone as 67671-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed NIH/3T3 cells using FER antibody (67671-1-Ig, Clone: 1E3H2 ) at dilution of 1:800 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67671-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Tyrosine-protein kinase acts downstream of cell surface receptors for growth factors and plays a role in the regulation of the actin cytoskeleton, microtubule assembly, lamellipodia formation, cell adhesion, cell migration and chemotaxis. This protein has 3 isoforms produced by alternative promoter usage and alternative splicing.
