  WB analysis using 20347-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20347-1-AP (FGD3 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HEK-293T using 20347-1-AP

  HEK-293T cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20347-1-AP (FGD3 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Plazenta-Gewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: A549-Zellen
