  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24725-1-AP (FGFBP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of A431 using 24725-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of A431 cells using 24725-1-AP (FGFBP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:25 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

FGFBP3 also named as C10orf13 or FGF binding protein 3 is 258 amino acid protein, which belongs to the fibroblast growth factor binding family. FGFBP3 is a secreted protein and may play a role in the regulation of gene transcription. The molecular weight of FGFBP3 is 29kDa, but our results detected the 60-65kDa protein by western blot. We infer that FGFBP3 may exist as dimer.
