  1x10^6 HEK-293T cells or FGFR2/CD332 transfected HEK-293T cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human FGFR2/CD332 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98244-1-RR, Clone: 241383D11) and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 647-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR005). Cells were not fixed.

  1x10^6 HEK-293T cells (left) or FGFR2/CD332 transfected HEK-293T cells (right) were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human FGFR2/CD332 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98244-1-RR, Clone:241383D11) (red) or Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue), and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 647-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR005). Cells were not fixed.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98244-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98244-1-RR against Human FGFR2/CD332 were performed. The affinity constant is 1.69 nM.

FGFR2 (Fibroblast growth factor receptor 2), also known as CD332, is a tyrosine-protein kinase that acts as a cell-surface receptor for fibroblast growth factors and plays an essential role in the regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation, migration, and apoptosis. Ligand binding leads to the activation of several signaling pathways, such as RAS, MAPK1/ERK2, MAPK3/ERK1, and the MAP Kinase signaling pathway, as well as the AKT1 signaling pathway. Mutations in the gene of FGFR2 are associated with Crouzon syndrome, Pfeiffer syndrome, Craniosynostosis, Apert syndrome, Jackson-Weiss syndrome, Beare-Stevenson cutis gyrata syndrome, Saethre-Chotzen syndrome, and syndromic craniosynostosis.
